Although more designed for troll use it has (almost) all the comforts and and medications humans need as well. It is the most secure and easily controlled building in the encampment. Given total parameter breach by the undead it will serve as the safe haven. Until then it has been separated into the ever growing morgue, the troll side, and the human side.
