Although not as fully equipped as the hospital in the permanent encampment, they are still qualified to handle dressing wounds, and minor ailments. In the minor encampment it is the safest building. However, the building could only really handle a small swarm of zombies for at most a month. Anything longer, or anything more would cause the building to collapse.
